Step 1: Click on the "Available Options" tabs such as color/size and the quantity of the item.
Step 2: Click on the “Add to Cart” button on the item you wish to purchase.
Step 3: If you are already a member of 1FashionHouse.com, click the "Account" tab to go to the "Account Login" page where you will need to log in to your account using your Email and Password. If you do not have an account created yet, you need to register for an account under the “Register Account Page” before you could proceed with your payment.It would be advisable to register an account with us to enjoy whole lots of benefit in reward points!
Step 4: Once you register or login into your account, click on the "View Cart" tab to go into the "Shopping Cart" page.
Step 5: From the "Shopping Cart" page you can change the quantity or you can continue with your shopping by clicking the "Continue Shopping" button.
Step 6: If you have done with your shopping, click on the "Estimate Shipping & Taxes" tab to estimate the shipping fee. Enter the details of your delivery destination address and get the quotation for the shipping fee by clicking the "Get Quotes" button.
Step 7: If the total amount that your order is less than RM150, you will need to pay for your shipping fee. (See the accompanying shipping rate here). However, if your total amount is more than RM150, you are entitled for free shipping.
Step 8: Click on the “Checkout” button to go to the "Checkout" page.
Step 9: Under the "Billing Details", choose whether you want to use the existing address or a new address and click "Continue".
Step 10: Under the "Delivery Details", choose whether you want to use the existing address or a new address and click "Continue".
Step 11: Under the "Delivery Method", select your preferred shipping method while adding comments about your order (if any) and click "Continue".
Step 12: Under the "Payment Method", select your preferred payment method while adding comments about your order (if any). Make sure you have read and understand the "Terms & Conditions" before you tick and click "Continue".
Step 13: Double-check your order detail as well as your payment method before you click the "Confirm Order" button to complete your order.
